Introduction with Jill Dailey

I am incredibly passionate about Neutral Spine (NS) because I know it is the safest, most functional position for your spine. It’s a huge part of my life’s work. To help people understand the importance of it, find it in their own body, and help them translate it to their daily posture. Each Dailey Method class has a strong emphasis on educating and working in a NS position. Finding “your optimal” will support you in everything you do in life. Sitting, daily chores, cycling, dancing, barre, yoga, just about everything.

This class will not only give you a great workout- it will create muscle memory for your most important posture. Ideally, you will participate in this program at least once a week for a minimum of 6 weeks to create your optimal alignment for the foundation of any movement you practice.
