When are the live classes?
The live classes will be on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am Pacific
What if I can't join the live classes?
The recorded classes will be available in our library for you to keep and retake when you want!
How long are the workouts?
Dailey Define consists of 2, 40 minute workouts per week, for 6 weeks. These workouts are designed to compliment your existing barre practice.

You'll need two sets of heavier weights, choose the set you are ready to conquer:

Is this program recommended for beginners?
This is a perfect program for all levels. You are encouraged to use the level of weights that you can accomplish both successfully and in alignment, you'll be given modifications needed for wherever you are in your fitness journey. As the workouts continue and you feel stronger you'll be encouraged to progress to more repetitions, higher weights and greater challenges. It will meet you right where you are - whether your new to the practice or an athlete wanting to gain new levels of fitness.
