Dailey Strength and Flow is the latest innovation from The Dailey Method, blending elements of Dailey Strength, Barre, and Interval classes. Designed with precision, each 50-minute class emphasizes flow, alignment, and strength. Over six weeks, you will take two classes per week, increasing strength, tone, flexibility, cardiovascular strength and overall body balance.
INSIDE DAILEY STRENGTH + FLOW
DURATION:
Two 50-minute classes per week for six weeks.
FOCUS:
Strength, tone, flexibility, balance, alignment, cardiovascular health, and bone density.
EQUIPMENT:
One or two sets of slightly heavier weights (recommended starting at 5 or 8 lbs) and a barre or stable surface.
Each 50-minute class is designed to deliver a dynamic and well-rounded workout.
Warm-Up: A series of movements to gently warm up the body and prepare your muscles.
Abdominals: Focused core work to strengthen and stabilize your midsection.
Cardio: High-energy movements to get your heart rate up and boost endurance.
Lower Body: Targeted exercises to build strength and tone in the legs and glutes.
Upper Body: Strength-building moves for the arms, shoulders, and back.
Active Recovery: Gentle, restorative movements between rounds to help you reset and maintain alignment.
Final Push: A powerful finish to challenge your strength and endurance one last time.
Final Stretch: Conclude with stretches to cool down, release tension, and enhance flexibility.
